Dear Diary,
Today, I was moved to question what it means to be truly “Classic.”
Have you ever felt like you didn’t quite fit in? Like the world’s definition of elegance and success didn’t match who you truly are?
Well, that was me today.
Oh dear, I had a moment of doubt. It wasn’t the usual ‘cheers to the weekend’ vibe as I looked in the mirror and suddenly felt like I didn’t fit into the world of beautiful and classy people.
For a second, I felt small and unsure of myself, like an impostor in my own life. But as I wiped my face clean and went through my day, I realized that being Classic shouldn’t be about elegance or tradition. It should be about being true to yourself, embracing your strengths, and living your life with confidence.
Being Classic is having the courage to be yourself, unapologetically, facing challenges bravely, and creating your own unique path. Classic is you, Classic is me. Being Classic is embracing anything and everything that embodies your unique lifestyle and personality.
Everything that helps the world around you see you for who you truly are. Classic is being honest with your choice of hairstyle and fashion statement.
Classic is you carving a niche for yourself and living in your truth without feeling the need to be someone you’re not just to fit in.
Classic is the Gen-Z marketing expert navigating the corporate world with fresh ideas. Classic is the young entertainer piecing together elements to create an entire world of entertainment. Classic is the architect sketching a canvas to craft a masterpiece, and the fashion designer mastering their art to launch a groundbreaking collection. Classic is me, and Classic is you.
Being a Classic woman means being formidable and indestructible. It’s about recognizing that you are more than capable of overcoming any obstacles in your path. Classic is knowing you are unconquerable, ready to tackle whatever life throws at you.
Classic isn’t old-fashioned or outdated. It’s modern, relevant, and you are at the heart of it. So, hold your head high, wear your confidence like a shoulder pad, and pursue new courses and skills. Believe in yourself, as you are continually evolving into the best version of yourself. Ignore the critics; their words are just noise. Listen to that still, inner voice encouraging you, “Go, you got this.” You are uniquely Classic, and yeah, that’s classically enough.
